Amy Winehouse has just been released from the hospital in St. Lucia after being stricken by a mysterious ailment over the weekend.She  was treated in the hospital after reportedly collapsing in a “shaking mess.” She was admitted to a hospital in St. Lucia.Her spokesperson has said that Winehouse ran out of a prescribed drug used to combat withdrawal from crack and heroine. Several sources have also claimed that Amy was drinking heavily at the time of the collapse..She has now been in the Caribbean with new boyfriend Josh Bowman for a month and a half and has yet to start work on the follow up to her massively successful Back To Black album.
